A few years ago I was photographing the Whitsunday Reef Festival and I had my first experience with The Brandy Project. A group of teenagers who had formed a garage band and were performing covers for rock and grunge. That first night I heard one of their originals and it was good. Tonight, they opened for The (Legendary) Animals, and they were brilliant! Only one of the songs in their set was a cover and it was so great watching them on stage, much more confident, and with such a strong performance.
